This Paleo AIP Powdered Creamer is Autoimmune Protocol compliant with a Dairy Reintroduction Option! It’s Perfect for Tea & Coffee Alternatives.
Are you in need of a fast way to stir in some creaminess, flavor, and protein to your Paleo AIP morning cuppa Joe? My refined sugar-free version of dairy-free creamer has zero junk and is much healthier for you than packaged varieties.
With nutrient dense collagen, lower glycemic coconut sugar, and rehydrating sea salt, you’re going to love how much more this creamer substitute agrees with sensitive digestion. If you’ve reintroduced goat milk, then you’ll also adore that this can be made with one of my favorite new protein powders!
Read on for the nutritious recipe and tips on how to make it with the Stage 3 Reintroduction food, goat milk!
5 Ingredients to Blend
Any recipe that has 5 ingredients or less is a huge blessing on the AIP! Since this diet entails lots of cooking from scratch, I am a big fan of recipes that take just a few moments and require only a few pantry staples.
To make this delicious Paleo AIP Powdered Creamer, first you’ll add coconut milk powder or substitute vanilla goat whey powder* if you have reintroduced it during the AIP Reintroduction Phase, collagen peptides, coconut sugar or maple sugar, and fine sea salt to your food processor or countertop blender. You can also add pure vanilla bean powder, but this addition is optional as it is on the pricier side. You don’t need much of the vanilla powder, though, so the jar will last you a long time for future AIP confection recipes!
Press the blend button and allow the mix to become lump-free! Be sure there are no chunks left in the mixture before storing your powdered creamer inside your favorite food-safe container in a dark, dry, and cool place. Before serving, you may need to whisk the mixture in the container before using each time since there are no preservatives or desiccants in this natural blend.
*Note that the chocolate flavored goat whey also contains the Stage 1 reintro, cocoa. Also note that both flavors contain Stevia, which is allowed on Amy Meyers’ AIP but not Paleo Mom’s AIP.
What Can I Use this Paleo AIP Powdered Creamer In?
Try using this AIP compliant or AIP Reintro Stage 3 Recipe in:
- Brewed Dandelion Tea
- Golden Turmeric Latte
Don’t feel like making your own coffee-alternative creamer and prefer something pre-made? You’ll adore Sip Herbals powdered coffee substitutes that come in a variety of flavors! They are super convenient and are the perfect addition to any dairy-free, caffeine-free Paleo AIP pantry.
I hope you and your morning cuppa enjoy this Paleo AIP Powdered Creamer!
Let me know if you make it as-is, if you add your own personal touch to the blend (like some carob powder maybe), or if you try it with the goat milk dairy reintroduction option!
