Awhile ago I posted a recipe for my oven roasted plantains and you guys really enjoyed that recipe because it was so simple and quick. So I thought I would share another easy recipe that is in rotation at our house a few times a month- oven roasted chicken wings. The best part is that they don’t require any deep frying but they taste like they have been!
Another great thing about this recipe is that you can change up the flavor with changing the herbs or spices you use. Usually I like to use a mixture of oregano, thyme, sage, tarragon, rosemary, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. I also enjoy using spices like the AIP Paleo Powder and the PrimalPalate AIP spices.
This is an easy weeknight dish that you can throw in the oven and forget about or do what I do and put the chicken wings and the plantains in the oven at the same time, make a salad and you have a complete meal.
I hope you enjoy this recipe and that it makes your AIP journey a little easier!
