Hey guys! If you follow me on Instagram then you probably already know I am a beauty/skin care junkie. Now that I am trying to be mindful of what I put on my body I have had to find new favourites. Let me tell you…it hasn’t been easy. I have very high expectations for products and there has been a lot of trial and error, breakouts, and wasted money the past 6 months. So when I find a product I absolutely LOVE, one that is comparable to an old chemical laden product I once loved and it is AFFORDABLE…I have to share my find!
This product is by the brand DeVita and it is their Solar protective moisturizer broad spectrum SPF 30+ Mineral Sunscreen. You get 2.5 oz. or 75 ml. and it retails for $34 CAD on Clementine fields. I love that this product comes in a convenient squeeze tube and is easy to travel with. It acts as a moisturizer and an SPF so you don’t need a separate face cream.
Now for a little background story on my skin. I have combination skin that is sensitive and breaks out easily. This product didn’t make my skin oiler, has yet to cause a breakout in the 8 weeks I have been using it and it keeps my skin feeling balanced. It wears great under makeup and best of all it doesn’t leave behind a white cast! A little goes a long way and it absorbs quickly too.
This product is my new-found favourite and I wear it everyday under my makeup and on makeup free days I still throw it on if I’m going to be outside. Â I love finding products that perform well and are good for your skin!
