This recipe is not only delicious but also allergen-friendly. It is egg-free, nut-free, nightshade-free, and gluten-free. If you’re looking for a grain-free option, simply swap the rice noodles for Japchae, also known as sweet potato starch noodles.
Zesty, but Free from Chilis
The secret to adding a kick of spice without nightshades is fresh ginger. Ginger adds a natural heat to the dish while still being AIP-friendly.
Use honey to add a touch of sweetness to balance out the zesty flavor of the wild-caught shrimp. However, if you prefer maple syrup, feel free to use that instead.
