Who doesn’t love a good green smoothie? Well not all of us do. We know we should because they are full of nutrient dense foods that are bodies need…but let’s face it, sometimes they just taste yuck!
Jump to RecipeEvery now and again I like to have a good green smoothie but it has to taste good as I won’t just drink it because it’s good for me but tastes awful. I thought today was a great time to post my go to green smoothie recipe since it’s almost St. Patrick’s Day! Now you won’t be tempted by green beer and can drink this instead! You will feel great and have no regrets the day after!
Let me know what your favourite green smoothie recipes are as I’d love to try them!
