Christmas is almost upon us…I think it’s less than 5 sleeps! I have my in-laws staying with me and they will be cooking a traditional Czech dinner on Christmas Eve and I will be doing the dinner for Christmas day. Now many of these recipes are from my favourite AIP cook books, so I won’t have links for the exact recipe but I will put a link to where you can download an online version of the cook book! So here it goes:

Christmas Day Breakfast: Comforting Breakfast Casserole from The Healing Kitchen (Note: make this the night before and just reheat it in the morning)

Christmas Day Light Lunch: Smoky artichoke baba ghanoush from The Healing Kitchen and Plantain crackers from autoimmune-paleo (serve with black olives)
