Last month I celebrated my 29th Birthday. It was also my third birthday while following the autoimmune protocol. Of course I have reintroduced certain foods and can enjoy the odd non-paleo/aip treat but for the most part I still stick to an AIP outline because my body feels best when I do.
So I thought I would share with you what recipes I made for my birthday get together with my friends. It consisted of appetizers, a fruit platter and a veggie platter, along with pie and cake! So that’s a wrap on my 29th Birthday! I can’t believe that I will be 30 next year! I will say that I feel younger now (after following AIP) than I did on my 24th birthday. So it is true what they say about birthdays- Age is really just a number and you can have your cake and eat it too!
