Happy Wednesday! I hope you are all doing well!

Today I wanted to share a post with you that is a little different from my usual posts. A few weeks ago Chelsea from NutritionwithChelsea did a guest post on my blog about how to heal your body beyond eating well. You can read that post here. What you may not have known, is that I also did a post over on her blog which you can checkout here.

The post I did for her blog was a brief overview/introduction to the autoimmune protocol. A crash course if you will. So if you are new here or are thinking about starting your autoimmune protocol journey then this blog post is for you! I also think this is a great post to share with your family and friends so they can understand a bit more about why you eat the way you do. It is brief and easy to read so even the non foodie’s will enjoy.

    I just LOVE your blog!! I love that the only things being advertised here are relative to aip. Everything is so quick to load up because of it. This is truly of service to the community. I was thinking the other day that If I was ever to start a blog it would be like this (nothing more frustrating than waiting 10min for a recipe to load when you and your kids are hangry!) , then I came upon your blog 🙂 Thank you!
