Pumpkin Apple Milkshake
So this is so easy it’s almost like cheating in the kitchen! But all you have to do it add these nutritious fall-flavored ingredients to a high-speed blender on medium-high and whiz it up:
- 1 cup coconut milk or tigernut milk
- ½ cup pumpkin puree
- 1 small apple, cored and chopped
- 1 cup ice cubes
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ground mace
- 1 pinch ground clove
- 1 pinch vanilla bean powder (optional)
Get crazy and float some chilled coconut cream on top, dot in some tigernut butter, and sprinkle a bit of cinnamon over it for a festive dairy-free pumpkin milkshake!
